My sessions are a safe space, a professional sounding board. An environment that creates awareness, clarity and change through tried and tested coaching models , NLP tools, counselling skills and breathwork techniques. I can give you tools and exercises to take away that will help you in your everyday life. So your journey of self discovery continues to flourish outside our sessions!

What is a Coaching Discovery Call?
The coaching discovery call is an initial chat where I discover what your current needs and challenges are and how I can help you. The call provides both with an opportunity to see if we are a good 'fit' for each other as rapport is everything!
Start the journey
Following your complimentary discovery phone call, we can look to book in your first coaching session online via Zoom. To get the most out of your coaching experience, it will take more than one or two sessions - approximately 6 to 10 in total are required to achieve the best results.

The length of the coaching journey depends on your individual needs and wants, and specific targets. I do have various packages. My most popular is my Discovery & Change Program.

My Discovery & Change Program consists of 6 sessions. Coaching is a process designed to have a continuous, positive influence on your self-awareness, motivation, and performance. Transformation and personal growth don’t happen overnight.
To make real change, and because everyone is an individual, sometimes it’s necessary to have an additional series of sessions. This can be discussed further should we agree this would be beneficial.

This is for existing clients, to keep you focused and on the right path!

Online or Face-to-face Coaching?
Many of my sessions are online, as I work with clients from all around the UK and over seas, however I am available for face-to-face sessions should this suits you better. ​
